The Robindale is a perfectly compact and comfortable tiny house.  It’s named in honour of one of our favourite tiny birds……the Australasian Robin.

At around 29 sqm, it’s the perfectly spaced option for a small home, tiny house or granny flat, studio or even house extension.  Working, living or sleeping was never so comfortable, and never so gentle on the environment.

Your Robindale is predesigned for passive house performance – that means that our thermal details have already been designed, and all of our materials already chosen for potential certification as a passive house by the International Passive House Institute based in Germany!  In other words, with a few tweaks, we are ready to adapt our building for your climate.

If you need a little more space for outdoor living, storage or just a bit of undercover area with wind and rain protection, you can add a deck or an annex to your Robindale.

Passivhaus living is now available to anyone without a long, complicated design process. Help to save the planet by reducing your energy demand. Increase your comfort and health through perfect temperatures and clean, filtered air. Of course, the exact heating and cooling needs for your Robindale will depend on where you build.  But you can now have something that is super insulated, sealed, ventilated properly, and just, well, cleverly designed.  That means that compared to what you are used to, you will be amazed at the superlative performance!

On hot sweltering days you will not be relying on excessive air conditioning, if any. On cold days you will have little or no heating requirements due to the carefully insulated Robindale pod envelope.
